WebJun 27, 2013 · As i was walking into a local grocery store, i tripped over an unmarked curb at the entrance of the store. When i fell i attempted to catch myself and i broke my arm. The store was notified and i went to my Dr about 4 Hrs later due to increase in pain and swelling. I have been off work 4 days now due to pain.
