My mum's was clean in the same … Web3 Jan 2014 · Rocker Cover Seal Leaking - posted in Problems, Questions and Technical: I have replaced my rocker cover seal with a new cork one, but it seems the oil is actually weeping through it - is this possible? Looking at the seal its just saturated with oil. The rocker cover sleeved nuts are done up tight enough to not allow oil either over or under it.

Looks like oil coming from the rocker cover bolt and flooding around No 6 fuel injector. Looking at the parts list I don't see an o-ring or any sort of sealing arrangement. Web11 Oct 2015 · In fact it looks like the top part of the Cam / Rocker Cover as in picture below ( Cleaned Up ) leaking from the small cover right on top there appear to be 3 Star Bolts and 2 little allen Key bolts so the Big Question is is it a simple removal to fit a new gasket? anything else I should know about before undoing the Bolts
