There are about 4,800 files on the drive in mp3 and mp4 formats with varying bit rate encodings. All the files originally on the drive work fine regardless of their encoding or bit rates. What's the RAID level of the disks? Maybe contacting support may help but usually if the app is installed and it does not display right it should be fixed by the developer. One important limitation to remember is NBT iDrive limits each playlist to 500 songs, so you may need to split your tunes across multiple playlists. With the playlists constructed I opened Export for iTunes. It will pick up those playlists and all the songs in your music library. bala mentos
